Reservation Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation

You can reserve a camping pitch by submitting the completed reservation form via our website. In the case of a reservation by telephone, we will always request confirmation by email. It does not matter on which day you wish to arrive or depart.

If you have a preference for a specific camping pitch in terms of location, you may indicate this when making your reservation. We will do our best to take your wishes into account, but we cannot guarantee this. A preference can be indicated for stays of at least one week or longer.

Timely reservation may be important in order to meet your wishes. Reservations are handled in order of receipt.

Any changes in the dates of stay or in the composition of the party must always be communicated in writing.

2. Payment

The reservation confirmation states the agreed price and includes the payment details, with the request to transfer the payment within 14 days. You are required to pay a minimum deposit of 50%. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.

If your deposit or advance payment has not been credited to our account after the indicated payment term, we will send you a one-time payment reminder requesting immediate payment. If we have not received the payment within 2 working days thereafter, your reservation will automatically lapse.

3. Cancellation

You are responsible for arranging your own cancellation insurance.

In the event of cancellation, which must be submitted in writing, we apply the following terms as compensation for breach of contract:

• In case of cancellation between the reservation date (the date stated on the confirmation) and 2 months before the arrival date, we will refund the full agreed amount.
• In case of cancellation between 2 and 1 month before the arrival date, we will refund 50% of the total agreed price.
• In case of cancellation within 1 month before the arrival date, on or after the arrival date, no refund will be made.

4. Stay

Your camping pitch is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and on the day of departure you must vacate your pitch before 12:00 noon. If you depart after 12:00 noon, an additional overnight stay will be charged.

If you wish to extend your reservation during your stay at the campsite, this is possible provided that availability allows. In such a case, it may be necessary for you to move to another pitch at the campsite. Naturally, the additional days will be charged according to the standard campsite rates.

In the event of early departure or late arrival for any reason whatsoever, no refund of camping fees or adjustment of the number of reserved camping days will be made. In that case, you are liable for the full amount as stated on the invoice. You may, however, request a refund of the tourist tax and environmental tax for the reserved days on which you did not stay.

5. Acceptance of the general reservation terms and conditions

You can only submit your reservation request by agreeing to the reservation terms and conditions as stated above. At the moment you submit the reservation form and thereby agree to the reservation terms and conditions, your reservation becomes final.
